Molchanovs Wave 2

Molchanovs Wave 2 is for experienced freedivers yearning to expand their mastery and commune with a deeper essence of breath-hold diving.

Evolving from the foundation established in Wave 1, this course is a journey towards greater depths and challenges, and fostering a harmonious balance between body, mind and spirit. Participants expand their knowledge of safety protocols, develop enhanced breath-hold abilities, and refine their technique for deeper dives, including introduction to the free fall.

The core of Wave 2 helps divers discover the tranquility and meditative state achievable through deep, introspective dives, not just in the water, but also into their own consciousness.

Wave 2 Freediving Course - $525.00

What to expect...

Included...

We will first meet at the office for a warm-up and proceed to the beach from there. We are in a very unique area and are blessed with abundant depth very close to shore, so we don’t need to rely on a boat to get to the dive site. Our open water session will begin with a brief talk about the area, ocean safety, and basic paddleboarding techniques. Your journey to the dive site will be a serene and gentle paddleboard ride approximately 300 meters out from the coastline. When we arrive to the dive site, our boards will be anchored in place and training will begin.

  • A one on one call with your instructor prior to training
