What to expect...

Included...

We will first meet at the office for a warm-up and proceed to the beach from there. We are in a very unique area and are blessed with abundant depth very close to shore, so we don’t need to rely on a boat to get to the dive site. Our open water session will begin with a brief talk about the area, ocean safety, and basic paddleboarding techniques. Your journey to the dive site will be a serene and gentle paddleboard ride approximately 300 meters out from the coastline. When we arrive to the dive site, our boards will be anchored in place and training will begin.

  • A one on one call with your instructor prior to training

  • All necessary freediving equipment

  • Paddleboard and safety gear

  • Once certified you gain access to Molchanovs “Base Training” programs at no extra cost for 90 days. Including plans for dry training, pool training, open water training, and frenzel equalization
